To enter, you must upload your Entry on the following website: www.internationalcreativeawards.com following the on-screen instructions carefully.
By entering the Competition, you agree and acknowledge that the International Creative Awards is permitted to receive your registration data.
The International Creative Awards has the authority to publish any content you provide, share, upload, send via email, or transmit to its platform or website, as it sees fit, and reserves the right to edit or modify such content before publication.
Any image submitted to the competition may be used by the International Creative Awards and their media partners for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition only. By submitting, you hereby grant the International Creative Awards a non-exclusive, irrevocable license in each Entry throughout the world in all media for any use in connection with the competition.
All awarded Entries will be published online on www.internationalcreativeawards.com
There is no limit to the number of individual images each artist may submit. Images that have won prizes in other competitions or that have been submitted in other competitions currently underway are eligible.
There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken.
You may enter the same image in one categorie only.
Files must meet the following specification:
– sRGB or Adobe98 colour space, 8-bit;
– Longest dimension: 2000 pixels;
– Saved as a JPG;
– No Watermarks / Copyright Units / Logos on images;
– Only bleed photographs without borders;
-max size 3000kb
Winning Entrants must be able to provide a high resolution digital file (minimum 3000px wide@300dpi). Winning Entrants who do not fulfill these eligibility criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified without the right to appeal.
Each submission must originate from the entrant’s own creation and should not violate the rights of any third party. We welcome photographs crafted through photographic methods for the photography category and AI-generated images for the AI category.
Entrants must possess sole copyright ownership of all submitted images and secure consent from any individuals depicted in the submissions (or their legal guardians if minors under 16 are depicted). Additionally, entrants must have adhered to all legal regulations while capturing their photographs.
FEE
This fee is essential for covering administrative costs, facilitating the judging process, and promoting the winning artworks on various platforms.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Kindly be aware that entries will not undergo processing until the entry fee is received. Submissions lacking appropriate forms and payment will be invalidated. Once payment is completed, entries cannot be modified.
Only in the case of cancellation of the competition for organizational reasons, the fee can be refunded in the same way in which it was paid.
International Creative Awards reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time. The amount paid will be due to the participants.
Copyrights
Copyright of the images will remain at all times with the creator.
For awarded images, copyright holders grant the International Creative Awards unlimited non-exclusive use of high-resolution images for activities in all media, including social media, online and print, in relation to the contest and all promotional activities without any remuneration being due.
Copyright holders of all awarded images grant the International Creative Awards non-exclusive use of low-resolution pictures on our website and social media, without any remuneration being due.
Images will be used strictly in connection to the awards and will not be used for any other marketing purposes other than to promote the International Creative Awards. Images will not be resold or used by any other third party. If there is a request for such, we will forward that request to the photographer via e-mail.
To promote the winning entries, the International Creative Award is hereby granted the right to display the images on social network websites (on its official profiles), such as Facebook and Instagram.
By submitting your Entry, you agree participate in related publicity and to the use of your name and images for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in connection with the competition without any additional compensation. International Creative Awards and its media partners take no responsibility and are not liable for any image misuse by external third parties.
Prizes
Cash prizes will be paid in USD via PayPal. Any fees incurred for foreign currency transfers will be deducted from the winning amount. There are no alternatives available for prize winners.
Images will be judged on artistic merit, originality, subject and style.
The decision of the International Creative Awards is final.
International Creative Awards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use without prior notice. The changes will be effective as and when they are published on the website. Following modifications of these Terms and Conditions of Use, the user must accept them in order to continue using the website.
